With a multitude of events happening simultaneously, often with different requirements, please refer to the “know before you go” email or information provided specifically for the event you are attending.
As part of an effort to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and tenants, we added numerous safety and protective measures to our building policies, including clear bags. Please click here for detailed information on attending events at the Tucson Convention Center.
Here is an overview of what to expect:
Outside food and beverage are not allowed. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
All our venues offer convenient facilities and features that are ADA compliant. For further assistance please call (520) 791-4101 during business hours or see a Guest Service representative during events.
We have ADA parking available in our property. We recommend the following lots depending where your event is located:
- Tucson Arena, Leo Rich Theater, North Meeting Rooms – Lot A (S. Church Ave.)
- Exhibition Halls, Ballrooms, West Meeting Rooms – Lot B (Granada Ave.)
- The Linda Ronstadt Music Hall – Lot C (Granada Ave.)
Certified service animals are welcome and must remain on a leash or harness. All other animals are prohibited.
For ticketed events, we can only guarantee the authenticity of tickets bought from our box office (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday-Friday, and 2 hours before start time on event days) or ticketmaster.com. For additional information call (520) 791-4101 X 1.
Please be a good neighbor and do not park in the neighborhoods south of Cushing Street.
